The purpose of the investment group United Business International is to appreciate the capital by investments in the capital participations in the perspective companies and projects. We prefer investments in the real estate, power engineering, financial services and IT technologies.

United Business International IBC issues its corporate bonds under the name “United Business International 2016 - I”. Bonds are guaranteed by several methods, with the validity of 5 years. The bond bears interest with a fixed interest rate of 1.5% p.a from 5.5.2016 until 4.5.2017, 3% p.a. from 5.5.2017 until 4.5.2018, 7.1% from 5.5.2018 until 4.5.2021. The yield of interest shall be paid on the same day as shall be the Day of the final maturity of the bond, i.e., on 5.5.2021.
United Business International IBC targets at the investments in the real estate projects in the EU, with a long-term and profitable perspective. In 2016, the company intends to significantly expand and invest hundreds of millions of Czech crowns into the most perspective opportunities existing in the European market.
